With a low grade headache I headed out with Kent this morning thinking the best thing I needed was to get out.

Our temperatures have suddenly decided to be autumn like and I enjoyed that but wasn't prepared for the wind so was feeling on the cold side.

As is often the case on our Saturday morning excursions, we saw a good variety of wildlife. 3 turkeys, cormorants, ducks, lots of lizards, butterflies and herons among others

Had a nap this afternoon and still looking forward to the extra hour of sleep we get tonight
