Edible but really only any good if you catch them early.

After I blipped last night, the telephone went and that was me back looking at things that hadn't worked  Luckily it was only a clean-up job and won't stop anything important.

But it was more stress and as a result, I went off to bed early.  I took both phones - just in case - and tried to sleep.

The most bizarre night's sleep in years. 

Almost as odd as the Night in Callander.  A stupid tale of sleepwalking and waking up as my bedroom door locked behind me.  Nothing bad happened but i did have to leave the hotel to wake up the night porter.  That meant having to go out on to the main street in Callander wearing nothing but a pair of M&S boxer shorts.

I've never been back to Callander since.
