Lake transport

In total contrast to yesterday to clouds covered the hills and it was damp down by the lake. We took a boat down to Bowness and played a bit of air hockey and on the machines in the arcade - L finished about £1 up on her two quid, whereas my two pounds worth of ten pences were all gobbled up. We had lunch in a lovely little place on the main street - a heated and covered porch meant we could sit outside and yet be inside, away from the rain. And then with no sign of let up in the weather we got the next boat up the lake back to Ambleside.
