A Walk through the Links

Took a package for son Trevor down to the Post Office and walked through the Links on my way home. I was struck by how the sun could shine on the upper ground but left the lower ground in shadow - see my first image. Then I saw this Runner braving the cold.  Still in leading lines mood I blipped my shadow.  The patterns the ducks made in the water as they sped towards me look good  -  unfortunately they sped in vain because I had no food with me:(  Then I called in at Lidls to stock up for the week and heard these raucous gulls. Their blips are blurred because they were taken through a wet windscreen by a shivering photographer.  It was 4 degrees today  -  more like minus 4 really.  Have a nice evening, everyone:)
