The Weighting Game

Installed a multigym in the basement today.  Got it off eBay for thruppence ha'penny. 

Theory is that the guidance from the physio for knees etc. is to strengthen the muscles around the wobbly joints. The stretchy exercises I've got serve some purpose but as I'm still pretty flexible from the years of karate most of them don't have any effect before some other body part gets in the way, and the weight'y exercises only work half the system. Time to get more systematic about it.

Or maybe it goes back on eBay for fourpence ha'penny.
