Carty Unit, Ridgefield National Wildlife Area

This is in the Carty Unit, named after a family that once owned some of this property, I believe.  This is on the other side of Ridgefield, WA, but part of the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge that we usually go to, which is the River S Unit.  We decided to go there as there is a new land bridge and we hadn't seen that yet.  And what a day! Nearly 70 degrees today and it sure didn't feel like Nov. 10th.  When one is able to get out and about, then one often has many photos and it's difficult to choose one.  I kind of liked this one, but if you so desire...Jump on over and check them out.
