Last minute choice

First weekend at the beach house since September. So much else has happened to keep us in Auckland, apart from last weekend when we went to Wellington for the poetry reading. It's been a grey, windy day.

My morning walk saw few birds, and mostly herons. As I came away without my MacBook charger and I'm down to 3%, I can't even look at them. Tried putting them on the iPad, to be told that the SD card contains no photos to download. Which is as true as Donald Trump is not mean spirited.

Went outside with the Canon, as that SD card has in the past been read by the iPad. Took some photos of the roses which are looking great
