The door series continues! The cave coopérative in Lézignan was the second in France, founded in the face of the repeated crises in the wine industry in the early 20th century -- 1909, as proudly proclaimed on the frontage. The crisp lines, decorative brickwork, and subtle use of curves are very typical, and it was looking great in the sunshine this morning -- I swiftly pulled over on the way back from a mundane trip to Aldi. There could be a series in this too!
