Had we not really fancied having some spud with our dinner, and totally lacking any home-grown, I would not have needed to make a quick dash to the supermarket and would have had nothing at all to blip. There was this little cottage, which I have been meaning to blip ever since I got a camera and there were also the distant uninhabited islands to the north of Alonnisos, but they came out that bit too blurred for my taste.
You might think this is derelict, certainly it is uninhabited, but it is for sale and this is the blurb

"Situated in the Rachi area of northern Skopelos, the cottage has views across beautiful countryside to Alonnisos.
As well as the habitable traditional one roomed cottage, there are two adjacent derelict rooms, easily restored.

The property runs to approx 1,000 sq metres with a hillside of well maintained olive trees as well as mature chestnut and fruit trees.
Quiet and peaceful, but only five minutes drive from Glossa on a very quiet road."

Just thought it might appeal to escaping Americans, particularly those with an admiration for Nikos Amazonias' sheds, which are just across the way.
