An Irish Guy Abroad

Wrecked

Cath and I were a bit wrecked after the eventful weekend and then the journey home on the ferry, even though blissfully quick, was rough. Incredibly Cath is a picture of health, I on the other hand was quickly turning green.

I had to retire to the fresh air in an effort to overcome my sea-sickness. So for half an hour I chased off smokers who had the temerity to ignore the no smoking signs. I enjoyed being the gruff man informing them that the smoking deck is on the other side of the boat and would they mind putting out their cigarette because I was already feeling nauseous. No one refused, by the time I was able to go back inside two other women were asking people to stop smoking.
