Mushroom

A parasol before it gets big.

A lovely light today and very welcome after our first real hard frost this morning (it was white when I left the house). 

It was 3°C outside and when the sunshine hit my office this afternoon, the temperature zoomed up from 22°C over 27°C.

Windows open and shutters down and it was a pleasant 24°C.

I left work at 3:30 to enjoy walking in the sun.  Makes a huge difference to my mood to be out and moving in the sunshine.

Oh and I read in a report in our local paper that the police had decided to conduct an operation to catch people on their mobiles as they drove in Wiesbaden.  They picked a street and watched it for 2 hours.  They caught 15 people on their phones (I'm sure they missed quite a lot more).  Interestingly of the 15, 5 weren't wearing their seatbelts.  Geniuses every one.
