Supermoon

Not so super when you haven't got a very zoomy lens, but it had to be done nevertheless.

I can almost see the man...and it got me outside with my tripod experimenting so that's a good thing.  Much better one here, and I suspect (hope) there will be some more appearing as the evening goes on.

Much love to travelling friend and housemate thepainterswife who lives in Christchurch, NewZealand.  The earthquakes were bad enough in 2011 and terrified residents of Christchurch again yesterday :-(
