Orchid reborn

The orchid that Ridgeback13 gave us last Christmas has sprung back to life. What a beauty!

My day: three PhD supervisions with good progress reported; completion of a presentation that I will be delivering at a meeting on Friday; and some email.

Exercise today: sit-ups, weights and stretches, walk to work (10,468 steps).
