Oakville salad

This is known as 'Oakville salad' in our house. My Cousin don_t will know why.

It's been a crazy day of (mainly) teaching despite very little sleep after my long journey back to Edinburgh from Wiltshire last night.

It ended with marking draft assignments and providing students with feedback by email on work that was submitted this morning.
