Getting in the mood for Christmas?

I'm sure Christmas comes earlier each year!
Today Santa and his two chief elves, Elf Matt and Elf Jonathan arrived in town for the opening of the Christmas market. Here they are full of Christmas cheer after a gruelling interview for Radio York.

Today's extra shows the Mayor making a meal of cutting the ribbon to declare the market open. A new pair of sharp scissors would be a good item on his Christmas present list!
