Rising Sun

Last bits of mopping up the spillage from yesterday's power cut. All good now and some fixing of issues that have been bugging me for ages. So quite productive. Finally, we managed to get to the pictures to see Dr Strange. Quite good fun and amazing effects. Really enjoyed reading Iain Macwhirter's latest column in the Herald on post-truth. The thing I don't get is why people accept post-truth statements (ie lies) when they don't quite believe them in the first place. After all, usually, when you get lied at, someone is trying to rip you off. Anyway, for once I was impressed by the discussion below the fold. Some interesting comments...
