Witch-hunting

Met up with History Needs You (Gill and Matthew) for lunch who had asked me to take a couple of photos of them dressed up as the Witchfinder (Matthew Hopkins) and a witch/wise woman for some promotional material for an event they are doing next year.

Inexperienced and un-confident with portrait photography, I came inadequately prepared, so was delighted to be able to call upon the services of Davidd who lives next to the Church and happened to be at home.

Some deft fiddling with camera settings and a last minute addition of a studio light (as the light was failing) and voila!  That's how it's done!
