Shanghai at leisure

A day of multiple potential blips, as three of my co workers and I ventured into Shanghai by metro. We managed easily! It was still very smoggy (see extra) but we walked about, taking in the culture. We all preferred the older bit of Shanghai, which we reached by walking through this park where elderly gentlemen were playing I am guessing mahjong... it reminded me of scenes in Russia where there would be similar scenes of chess players.
Definitely prefer Shanghai to Beijing, but finding the breathing difficult.
