Up and at them

We had an early 'up and at them' start to the day, out to Seacliff to visit one of my favourite places in the world in advance of my confinement to base in two weeks time.

I'd had my first proper night's sleep from midnight to 7am, confirming the adage that your world only self corrects one hour at a time when you have jetlag.

Back to watch some rugby and some tennis. Some serious Scottish stars!
