Breedon Hill Church

A busy day today, starting with a trip to Derby to see a friend about borrowing some studio lights.

We drove to Ashby de la Zouch, via Calke Abbey, had a bite to eat then visited this beautiful church, high on a hill. I didn't have a coat, so we couldn't stay too long as it was freezing.

I was then taken to Melbourne (not the Australian one) to wander around an antique shop. We called for cakes on the way back to the house and ate them with a coffee. I had to leave at 4.30, as my mum was having a huge party.

Twenty two people turned up. Lots of laughter. Just what the doctor ordered :)
