building for the NHS ?

taken at a NHS improvement conference today. Maybe the new strategy for improving the infrastructure -getting the staff to build their own !
Actually its 'serious lego'  meant to be used to help with 'team building' . 
The extra was going to be my blip today for widwednesday , taken inside the Excel centre, but I couldn't resist the lego.
