Icy

I managed to force myself away from work after 3 pm in the afternoon.
The light was already fading and it was crispy cold.
I enjoyed the dry cold and walking along the river.
On way home I dropped into the shops to buy dinner for the evening and stopped for a coffee in the Westend.
Back to work after that until my friend Doris arrived for dinner.
She works as a tour guide and was not around all year.
It was a lovely catch up in the kitchen with good food and knitting :)
Neil will be back tomorrow.

I did not get many shots as no tripod and light was going away.
I thought the ice on the grass and the leaves looked lovely.
