Two buildings

I wonder how many of you know what the two buildings might be.  The first one is beautifully clear on a beautifully blue day for two Blipbuddies to get together.

Chantler 63 has fortunately got over her fear of falling off the edge of the world when she ventures as far north as Birmingham so we've had a great day investigating the distortions and reflections surrounding New Street Station at Grand Central.  I learnt some of the rationale behind the tremendous design feature that is Grand Central.  Fascinating!  I also caught some of the enthusiasm being generated by panels and distortions.

What I really like about this shot is the fact that you can see the Rotunda twice.  Once in its original state, and once as an object of distortion.

Brilliant day!  Walked miles, ate a funky burger under the arches in Digbeth, and had free coffee and cake at John Lewis's.  What more could we want?
