Trip to IBD HQ

A trip to Crohn’s and Colitis UK today in St.Albans to discuss IBD projects.  Since the South Wales IBD Patient Panel has come to an end, I’m not entirely sure of what is required.

Long old day as the train had to go through Gloucester because the Severn Tunnel was shut whilst they upgrade it for electrification.

We mistakenly went to Kings Cross station, hence the blip, when our actual train was going from St.Pancreas.  DOH!
