while i was gone having surgery - i wasn't able to baby my orchids the way i usually do - so when i arrived home, i was just a - bit dismayed to find all my remaining flowers - had shriveled up and fallen to the tabletop - i gathered them carefully up to preserve them - with the others, this being one of them

i love the way in which it's dried - in an almost perfectly rounded fashion - which made me think of god holding the world gently - in his hands, caring for his children - of course i then thought of the song 'he's got the whole world in his hands' - because as our abba father he does - and is always watching over us to make certain all is well - and that we are having...
