Our November 2016 retreat has come to an end.   It has been exactly what i needed!   Ready now for a nap and try to digest what i experienced.

The weather today was amazing:  heavy rains and wild winds....sitting up in the shrine room, meditating with all this heavy weather outside was pretty amazing.
