We went down to Tiverton this morning to check that everything was in order with Tess's parents' flat and give it a final dust and vacuum before the sale is completed. We then had to call in at the Estate Agent's to sort out one or two things.

As it was such a crisp, sunny day, we decided to call in at this National Trust property for a spot of lunch and a stroll round the grounds.
