Door Handles

Class trip today to Holyrood Palace as part of our Mary Queen of Scots topic. I was hoping for lots of interesting handles so took my new DSLR. Found out 2 things.....One you aren't allowed to take photos in the palace :( Two ....it's almost impossible to take good photos with one eye on the 24 children you are responsible for even if there are 3 other adults with them ! Still found these on an outside door to the building. Liked the symmetry.
The trip was excellent as well. Off out tonight to meet up with a friend from Australia who arrived yesterday with only 24 hours warning that she was coming :)
