Eagles Over The Bothy

Sitting outside saw all manner of beasties.

These two were "playing" above the trees at the heronry and over head.

I think these are young eagles. I thought they were maybe golden eagles but they are too big so are possibly young sea eagles who do not get their white tails until they are fully fledged.

The photo does not do them justice as they were absolutely huge with enormous fingery feathers at the end of their huge car like wings.
