Abstract Thursday - Less than 3% Fat!

This abstract started off as a part-used pot of Roasted Vegetable Couscous from the "Good for You" range - hence the "<3% fat".

I put a spin blur on the pot itself and then fiddled with the couscous - mainly adding a ripple effect.
