Summoned I was, by a text at 8:33. Work on the moorings. Two of us on the foredeck, two on the crane, the harbourfuhrer on the tiller, and Robin, chief engineer. Boys just want to have fun. If the moorings didn't require attention we'd give them it anyway.
Back for a brief bulb plant then off up to the Guildford to meet the pensioner crew, numbers having swelled to a dozen in the wake of Suze's sad demise. Good blethers with HB; must catch up with him more often.
Then onward - to see Nick Cave's One More Time With Feeling up at the Cameo. Quite wonderful - just beautifully filmed in B&W apart from one heart rending scene, and as it moved on the intensity grew and grew. I may become a wee bit of a fan.
