Beware

As you can see Santa has lost quite a bit of weight this year, I'm not sure all that running and keeping fit is really that good for him though ;-)

This is Saltford's annual 5 mile Santa Dash, a charity run. They generally seem to be lucky with the weather and this year was no exception, although there has been quite a hard frost overnight and there is still ice on our pond.
