Claud

This is Claud. I bought him to decorate Mom's room for Christmas last year. He stood outside her door and as she passed him on her walks, she would shake his hand and say "Hello, Claud!" The other people in the facility enjoyed him as much as Mom did, since Mom's room was the last one just before you reached the dining room. Everyone knew Claud.

Mom passed away in May this year, so Claud now resides at our house and when I pass him, I shake his hand, say "Hello, Claud!", and think of Mom. I really miss her.

The extra is Mom and Claud from last year.

I am grateful for the special reminders of Mom and the time we had together.
