Choral Concert

Tonight we went to the High School Choral Concert - none of my children sang but my daughter was working the sound board and I wanted to hear some christmas songs.  The kids were really talented.

Before the concert I ran with my friend (of the shalom tattoo) and we did great.  We are moving through the program and it is really exciting to see the improvement.  Also running makes me feel good.  It actually makes my aches and pains feel better rather than worse.  I think sitting is what is killing me.
