Bearing the heat

Most marketing freebies I receive tend to take the form of a pen or a mug so it was a bit of a delight to get these little chaps/chapesses.  The only questions now is which of the godchildren get extra stocking fillers....

In case anyone's interested, Heat produce Service Desk Management software and our Help Desk is just moving over to using it.  They seemed to have a lot of bears to give out so I don't feel too guilty about grabbing two...
