It's Christmastime in the city

Of Hong Kong. Hong Kong does a wonderful job of decorating for Christmas. We were super impressed when we first arrived here 11 years ago.

And each Mall seems to outdo one another. Today, we took Peter in for a bit of mall hopping to see some of the lovely decorations. Walked through Central first and dress up street (Pottinger St) and saw some festive garments. Bought a couple of Santa hats and then walked across to Central for some treats.

When Martin joined us, we headed to The Landmark mall which had a very extensive Christmas display. Bright, colourful and stunning.

Then IFC Mall to see their North Pole extravaganza, complete with polar bears and puffins, as blipped a few days ago. Lovely! Peter was amazed. Apparently nothing like these Christmas displays in Melbourne.

Tired after all that walking and crowd dodging. Home to enjoy some mini TV series on Netflix.
