A Healthy Option

Another good, day with sunshine but windy.

A busy day, I made the fruit cake this morning whilst Alan was taking friends to the Airport who are returning home for Christmas.   Well they are actually off on a cruise for Christmas and the New Year.

By the time the cleaning up was done it was time for Bowls this afternoon.   Alan off to Grumpy Old Men, so an evening in for me tonight.

With all the baking I have been doing and we know we will be eating lots of lovely goodies over the Festive Season, I thought it best to try and be a little bit more healthy before then - hence the fruit and yoghurt breakfast.

Nearly the weekend again!!
