Can You Keep a Secret?

I run the risk of my mum never speaking to me again if she ever finds out that I've posted this image.
Only 24 hours before this was taken, she underwent a five hour operation to remove a tumour from the bowel.
She is one incredible lady!
The Guardian Angel I posted yesterday, was a present to her from her best friend, who sadly lost her own short battle with cancer earlier this year.
I'm staying in Staffordshire for a couple of weeks (apart from a flying visit home next week) to be here for my mum.
