Giant Panda

It's is bitterly cold today.  An arctic vortex has descended on us so we pulled out the long-johns, hats, gloves and hand warmers before heading off to the National Zoo.  The Pandas were quite busy eating and I was able to get dozens of shots that I thought would make me very happy, however, when I saw them on the computer monitor, I learned something new about Pandas.  They eat with their eyes closed.  I had to settle for one eye open in this shot.
