More bike

I'd said to Rich I'd go out for a ride with him today.  But that was before I realised how tired I was after yesterday's excursion.  Surprisingly, I was good to go this morning.  Perhaps my fitness is coming back a little.  We headed to Otley and then over Langbar with me hiding behind Rich's butt (I wasn't that on form!)  It was a strong old headwind so I kept very quiet as I ambled on behind.  We shot home!

We've had a Sunday at Salami and, with a beautiful show of clouds, a short walk at the Cow & Calf before the sun went down.
