Peony Poppy Bud

Can't resist Tiny Tuesday!  This gorgeous pink peony poppy is growing along the edge of our son's vegetable garden here in Ballarat, where we are ensconced for two weeks. The family is soaking up the seclusion and luxury of an inexpensive villa on the edge of a small town near Manilla. Do you know it is less expensive to travel to Bali from here than to go to Queensland in our north?
Meanwhile we have a whole new rural city to explore with all it's colonial history, but even exploring the immediate garden offers a whole new range of photographic opportunities. I have no editing resources on our son's computer - tried to dowload NIK just for the sharpener, but it will not open.  So anything I may post will be SOOC - like this!
Hope all your Christmas preperations are on track.  I am staying pretty quiet on Blip while we are here - just sprinkling some stars and hearts and enjoying checking on you most days.
Maybe I will be able to Blip the poppy in full flower for FF. I will watch it open.
