If there's one thing that'll keep the rain off a half-finished building, it's a few thousand square metres of plastic wrapping, flapping and flustering in the wind.

Not the most exciting picture this one, but something weird, featureless and prone about these buildings-in-progress. Like something waiting patiently for the big reveal.

I predict concrete. Lots of concrete.
