My Desktop Microwave Syrup Sponge Pud Recipe

At last, I have received this recipe from a blog friend. It took about a year; not bad, then it took a few seconds to copy and paste it into the word processor. Now I'll have to get on with making the pud. First though, I need to find a squeedgy container that dispenses syrup; it sounds a lot easier than scraping around the traditional tin.

I made up a duff recipe, similar idea to this one, given to me by an Orcadian Bed and Breakfast host. She regularly made up large duffs, froze them and put them to good use when packed lunches were wanted by walkers and cyclists. It produced a good pud.
