Daan, portrait. Study 1

New first steps in my world of photography.

This afternoon I installed my two recently purchased Elinchrom softboxes. I'm looking for new things to learn in photography and I'd like to know much more about studio portrait photography and flash techniques. So last Sunday I ordered  2 softboxes and 2 flash heads online. Everything was delivered yesterday evening.

After I set up my home studio, I asked my youngest son Daan to be my model. I was pleasantly surprised by the first results.
I have to get deeper into this stuff. I like it!

In the evening I went to Groningen to have diner with Ron and Herman at the restaurant  Mr. Mofongo. It was a great evening. During diner we evaluated our trip to the Lake District and brainstormed about the things we'd like to do in 2017.
