Lunch at Deans

A work lunch with another group of girls who apart from young Amy, have been with the Company same amount of years as me - 22!

Food was delicious, started off with a cauliflower soufflé with a wild mushroom sauce and a squirt of mashed tat. Then lemon sole rolled with a herb crust on a risotto and a salsa and then this tart with apple and pear with a crumble topping - all so mouth-wateringly good.

Didn't need a tea after three courses.

Text from mum in the morning to say she was sitting reading the paper, something she couldn't do yesterday - Hooray :)
