Island

As I said, a busy day. We popped over to see H and S for coffee/tea this morning, allowing a dull morning blip over the estuary at Silverknowes. I had a quick snoozy over lunch, then down to see the nurse to have my clips out. I'm happy to see them go. Already I have quite a lot more mobility and less of a particular type of pain (clip tearing skin...). Finally, P dropped by, with tales of Australia, and H and P arrived to spend the weekend (which incorporates both their birthdays) chilling with us. This time last year we were enjoying some Shit-faced Shakespeare, when having enjoyed one or two sweet sherries ourselves...

No such activities this evening. A quiet evening in with dinner prepared by Mr A.
