Birdcage

I had to make another visit to the chiropractor today and I seem to have cricked my back between my shoulder blades :-( But she sorted me out, thank goodness!

I met up with my pal Ruth this evening at The Birdcage in Musselburgh. What a lovely restaurant it is!

On the way home, I popped in to see my friends Craig & Elizabeth and their 3 wee boys.

It's lovely to meet with friends and I have been away so much recently I am doing my utmost to see chums I haven't seen for ages!!!!!
