Muffin Bread

Ah - at last!!! A day at home pottering about :-)

I finally got round to baking a loaf of muffin bread which I have been meaning to do for ages!

This afternoon was the annual NB Raft Race which raises money for the RNLI and other local charities. I was out on the lifeboat which acts as a safety boat at the event. The NB Lifeboat raft came in third :-)
