Tattered and torn

These Buddhist prayer flags have certainly seen better days.  They were blowing in the breeze today, and this will be another possibility for the weekly challenge, Flags.
The garage door was frozen to the ground this morning but fortunately G was able to get it open.  I couldn't get the key to turn in the mailbox, so I breathed on it a few times and it finally turned.  Couldn't get the box opened though.  This happened a couple of days ago too, and a neighbour was there at the same time.  He pounded on the box and got it to open, but my pounding didn't work today.
The little hummer is still a regular at the feeder.  When I put it out yesterday morning, it almost landed on my arm, it was so eager to feed.  Last night, two raccoons were scavenging seed under the bird feeder.  First time they've been around in awhile, and they look in good shape.  The deer have been scavenging too, and Skinny Horn was munching on the tips of some cedar branches.  They all seem to be surviving fine in this cold weather.
