Young Australian Raven

Every day a family of ravens visits the bird bath in the front garden.  I have never seen these birds in such a domesticated setting.  On the farm they were veracious attackers of our young angora kids, so I have always had such a dislike for this large black bird.  The young have black eyes and a rather gaping red mouth, while the adult (see extra) has the typical white eye. I am learning to welcome them when they vist for a splash in the bird bath and to enjoy the flurry of bickering netween the young and the adults.
